This is a recommended exercise for you to work through in order to practically apply what you have learned in this Module.
Create a Responsibility Assignment Matrix for RAM for a project that you are currently working on, have worked on in the past or a project that you have been following.
Of course to do this, you need to create some work packages or activities which can be assigned to the team and you need to come up with team members who will complete this work. You do not have to create a RAM for the entire duration of the project, try to include at least five to ten activities.
